Data analysis of the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission's database shows a surge in citations against fradulent taxi cab drivers, but some claim these efforts are targeting innocent drivers. I reported on the issue and the TLC's efforts to crack down on the problem.
International Student Visas Revoked
The Trump administration weaponzied the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) to revoke the visas of international students who had been involved in any kind of police activity (including victims of crimes). I created the first publicdatabase of revoked visas and reported on the impact of the policy on students and universities across the country.
